Each of the documents listed below contains not only the agenda for the relevant meeting but also the minutes of the previous meeting, plus the minutes of any committee or working group that has held a meeting since the previous Council meeting was held. At present the Council has a Burial Board Management Committee. It also has Working Groups for Remembrance Day; Christmas Lights; Allotments and Grant Aid. No committee or working group has any powers of expenditure; all make their recommendations to the Council which then makes its decision on the recommendations.
Unless there is an urgent need to create a new committee or working group, the need to have committees and working groups is reviewed at the Annual Meeting of the Council which is held, usually, in May. The memberships of the committees or working groups are also decided at the Annual Meeting.
