Proclamation of Accession

On Sunday 11th September 2022 Colonel James Royd, High Sheriff of Northumberland provided Hexham with news regarding the accession of His Majesty King Charles III to the throne and Mayor Derek Kennedy read the Proclamation of Accession to the gathered crowd.
