All Tynedale people who are blind or partially sighted can keep in touch with local news and events via the free weekly Talking Newspaper. The main Hexham Courant articles are delivered spoken onto a memory stick directly to homes, every Friday, thanks to the TTN’s reader volunteers and technicians. TTN also has a free equipment loan bank, so no-one should feel excluded. So even with sight difficulties, people can stay connected to their local communities, and opt in to hear articles from The Northumbrian and a local Talking Magazine.
