Speaking on behalf of the Town Council and the residents of Hexham at the installation of the new Rector of Hexham, the Rev Canon David Glover, by the Bishop of Newcastle, Bob Hull, Mayor of Hexham, congratulated him on his appointment, warmly welcomed him to the town and looked forward to working with him to ensure that Hexham, as a strong, vibrant and adaptable community, is able to face up to the kind of new challenges the community will have to deal with in the coming months and years.
